Cinven's sector teams continually review and analyse each of these sectors worldwide, building their understanding of market trends and value creation strategies, helping us to spot investment opportunities and getting to know the senior executives that lead the most successful companies within each industry.

When an acquisition opportunity arises, the relevant Cinven sector team will often have already built a thorough understanding of the company, the seller and the management team, and will have identified an appropriate value creation strategy. Once we have acquired a company, our sector knowledge enables us to contribute to the development of the business immediately and provide support and advice to its management team.
